Returns and Refund Policy

Since MAKPOP products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once delivered, except in cases where the product is:

  • damaged in transit,
  • expired, or
  • incorrect (wrong item shipped).

If you face such an issue, please email support@makpop.com with your order ID and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved cases will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, or replaced with the same product if available.

Please note: refunds will not be issued for reasons such as taste preference, opened packages, or courier delays outside our control.
