A: No. We roast our lotus seeds to keep them light and crunchy.

Q2: Do you add preservatives?
A: No added preservatives. Our snacks are seasoned simply with clean ingredients.

Q3: Are your snacks vegetarian?
A: Yes, all MAKPOP products are 100% vegetarian.

Q4: Are they gluten-free?
A: Makhana is naturally gluten-free. However, check each pack for allergen notes.

Q5: What is the shelf life?
A: Please refer to the “Best Before” date printed on each pack. Store in a cool, dry, airtight place.

Q6: Where do you source your makhana?
A: We source high-quality lotus seeds from trusted Indian farmers and carefully roast them to preserve their natural goodness.

Q7: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship pan-India, with delivery in 2–5 working days to most locations.

Q8: Can I return my order?
A: Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, expired, or incorrect. See our Returns Policy for details.
